Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can manage or cancel these purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries of books and ongoing member benefits. These deliveries are based on the subscription frequency selected at checkout (monthly).
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each recurring billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.
Each active subscription cycle includes:

Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the original purchase date.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time.
You may manage your subscription by:

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before your next renewal date.
If your subscription renewal has already been processed, that month’s order will still be fulfilled.
Refunds
If you were charged and believe it was in error, please contact us at pawhelp.info@gmail.com.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation, but we will work with you to resolve concerns fairly.
